E guide flange

Loosen these screws

E guide stay 35

E guide hight gauge

6. Adjusting the E guide height

(1) Loosen the two screws shown in the figure to move the

E guide stay 35 smoothly.

(2) Adjust the E guide height as the following procedures.

For gate base (35) assembly:

While keeping the state of (3) of step 5, insert the

thickness gauge with 0.03 mm thick between the E

guide flange and E guide stay 35. And while pushing

the E guide flange toward the height gauge, and then

tighten the two screws.

For gate base (16) assembly:

While keeping the state of (3) of step 5, push the E

guide flange toward the height gauge, and then tighten

the two screws. (Do not insert the thickness gauge

between E guide flange and E guide stay 16.)

(3) Check the specifications of (4) and (5) of step5 again.

(4) After checking the specifications, apply the locking

compound to the two screws.

7. Installing the integrator assembly

Install the integrator assembly to the gate base (35)

assembly.

8. Installing the gate base (35) assembly

Install the gate base (35) assembly.
