2-8. Removing/Installing the Board

2-8-1. Processor Board (FVS-P1000) and BKFV-100/1, 200, 300, 500

Front side

Removal

Open the door at the bottom of the unit.

Loosen the four screws (with stopper), and remove the front cover.

Disconnect the flat cable from the connector CN6027 of the MY-89 board.

Disconnect the three coaxial cables from the connectors CN402, CN702, and CN102 of the ADC-36

board.

Pull out the processor board from the guide rail.

Installation

Perform the reverse order of steps 1 to 5 of the removal procedure.

When inserting the processor board, confirm the processor board name on the label.

Insert the processor board completely until the connector is connected.

Pull out the flat cable and the coaxial cables connected with the processor boards through the notch
of the front panel, then fix them with the clip plate and two screws (PSW3

6).
