6. Confirming the F guide roller height
(1) Check the clearance A between the sprocket and F-GR
flange meets the following specifications using the
thickness gauge.
Specifications:
The thickness gauge (t = 0.6) should pass
through the F-GR flange.
The thickness gauge (t = 0.65) should not
pass through the F-GR flange.
If not to meet the specifications, loosen the setscrew of
the F-GR flange, and turn the F-GR flange so that the
clearance between the sprocket and F-GR flange meets
the specifications.
(2) Check the setscrews of the F-GR flange is tightened
fully.

3-4-3. Replacing the Filter Assembly
Preparations
1. Turn the unit into the STANDBY OFF mode.
2. Turn off the AC power supply which supplies the
power to the FVS-1000.

To prevent an electric shock, be sure to turn off the
power of the AC power supply which supplies the
power to the FVS-1000 before removing.
Removal
1. Removing the gate base assembly
Remove the gate base assembly. (Refer to Section 3-2-1.)
2. Pulling out the lamp house assembly
Loosen the four screws (with stopper) and pull out the
lamp house assembly. (Refer to Section 3-2-3.)
3. Removing the LC-35 board
(1) Remove the two screws and remove the LC-35 board
cover.
(2) Disconnect all connectors connected to the board.
(3) Remove the four screws, and remove the LC-35 board.
