3-2-1. Cleaning the Gate Base (35) / (16)

Assembly

Removal

Set a unit in the STANDBY OFF mode.

Turn off the power.

Release the two one-touch fixing screws with turning

90 degrees counterclockwise, pull the gate base

assembly in the direction of arrow, then remove it

from the guide pin.

Remove the adherence with air etc.

Clean the top of the gate with the cleaning cloth to

which the cleaning fluid is applied.

Wipe the cleaned surface with a dry cloth two or three

times.

Installation

Install the gate base assembly in the reverse order of

removal procedure 1 to 3.

When installing, be careful not to hit the gate base

against the sprocket.

When the groove (

) of the one-touch fixing screw is

almost horizontal, the assembly is fixed.
