2. Removing the P roller 35 assembly
Push the lock plate, and turn the pad arm as shown in the
figure.
Remove the P roller retainers, and remove the P roller 35
assemblies.
Installation
3. Installing the P roller 35 assembly
Install a new P roller 35 assemblies to the pad roller shaft,
and install the P roller retainers to the pad roller shaft.
Turn the pad arm in the reverse direction shown in the
figure, and lock by lock plate.
4. Installing the pad assembly
(1) Loosen the setscrews (four each on S side and T side)
securing the pad roller shaft as shown in the figure.
(2) Adjust the pad roller shaft to the position shown in the
figure A using the flatblade screwdriver.
(3) Adjust the reference hole and longitudinal hole of the
pad assembly to the pad positioning shafts.

Check the pad driving pins are inserted into the holes
of the pad arm.
(4) While pressing the pad assembly to the base plate,
rotate the two one-touch screws in the clockwise
direction to install.

5. Installing the pad roller clearance adjustment
tool
Hook the pad roller clearance adjustment tool to the
sprocket as shown in the figure.
6. Setting the loading state
(1) Remove the two screws, and remove the drive cover
(3).
(2) Rotate the pad drive lever in the arrow direction using
the flatblade screwdriver to set the loading state.
