5. Delivery, returns, storage

-See Figure 4

The multiline pump unit is transported us-
ing a transport net and lifting crane to be 
provided by the customer.
The customer must take appropriate pre-
cautions for the transport and lifting of the 
pump.

The transport net must be ap-
proved for the transport of a 
multiline pump unit.

In exceptional cases, the multiline 
pump can also be transported 
in a filled state. In this case, the 
transport equipment must be ap-
proved for the total weight of the 
pump plus the filling weight of the 
lubricant medium.

•  See the "Technical data" chapter or the 

shipping documents for the total weight 
of the multiline pump unit.

•  In case the multiline pump is filled,  

calculate the total weight

•   Add a 20% safety margin to this weight. 

Select the transport net and lifting crane 
according to this weight.

•  Place the multiline pump unit in the 

customer-provided transport net.

•  Correct connect the customer-provided 

transport net to the customer-provided 
lifting crane.

If using lifting hopes 
Do not exceed a 45-deghee angle

 

of lifting ropes as viewed vertically 
from the lifting equipment!

•  Lift the multiline pump
