WARNING
:
For temperatures exceeding 80°C, high temperature components MUST
be used. Contact SiliCycle for more information.
1. Attach the two large connectors on the Recirculator Manifold to a suitable recirculator bath.
2. Attach the smaller quick disconnect fittings to any number of reactors.
Each reactor must have one hose connected to the IN side of the manifold and one hose connected to the OUT side of the manifold tube. While
pushing in the spring-loaded button on the female connector, gently push the fitting together and release the button. Failure to depress the button
while connecting the fitting can result in damage to the fitting and leakage of heat transfer fluid.
Follow the directions of the manufacturer.
Turn recirculator on and make sure there are no leaks from the connectors. The quick disconnect fittings are designed to shut off flow
when not engaged. It is normal for one or two drops of recirculating fluid to drip when engaging or disengaging. Do not continue
if there is a leak at any time.
