This device facilitates slight positive air pressure to the Reaction Tube tops. The Air Push Assist Device (Figure 31) applies pressure to an entire row
or column of SiliCycle MiniBlock reaction tubes at the same time, depending on which end is connected to an air source.

For a more parallel approach, you may use the Positive Pressure Manifold (Figure 32). The Positive Pressure Manifold is used in other applications,
such as block-to-block transfers and SPE purification.
The Positive Pressure Manifold is clamped on top of the reaction tubes and replaces the standard Cover Plate. Once connected to an air or nitrogen
line, the Positive Pressure Manifold applies pressure to all 48 reaction vessels at the same time. The manifold may be left clamped on the SiliCycle
MiniBlock throughout the reaction procedure, e.g. for venting excess pressure.
