•
Confirm the message "Backup was successful" with OK.
•
Exit the service program with System quit.
•
Enter the desired text for "Working on:" e.g."Start-up" and then click "Put to unit".
•
Switch the system off and then on again.
Checking kV Accuracy

(Only if the cassette option is present)
•
Install the cassette holder on the Multiline and insert an empty cassette (35 x 43).
•
Select 77 kV, 32 mAs and 100 % power for both
and
via the Operating PC.
•
Release an exposure for each and check the kV value on the oscilloscope.
•
Enter the measurement value in the generator test protocol.
After each exposure, remove the cassette and reinsert it.
Use a kV meter or the NOMEX for acceptance tests.
The corresponding instructions and test conditions can be found in the Operating
Instructions.
Exposure Indicators on the Operating PC

(only if the cassette option is present)
•
Select 77 kV, 100 mAs,
80 % power at the service PC.
•
Release an exposure:
- During the exposure (radiation ON), the radiation symbol must appear on the service
PC.
- The audible signal of the Operating PC must be activated for the duration of the
exposure (beeper signal).
•
Remove the cassette after each exposure and reinsert it.
Checking the mAs Values

(only if the cassette option is present)
•
Select the following values at the Operating PC:
, 77 kV, 80 mAs, 100 % power.
•
Release an exposure and check the mAs value on the mAs meter. After each exposure,
remove the cassette and reinsert it.
•
Enter the measurement value in the generator test protocol.
Checking the Maximum Generator Power

•
Select
, 102 kV, 100 % power at the Operating PC and select 28 mAs.
•
Select 2V/div for kV
act
and 1V/div for mA
act
on the oscilloscope.
•
Release an exposure and measure the kV and mA with the oscilloscope.
