Localizing OPEN LINE
What should be
done?
This function is a great help in establishing the precise location of an open line. Once this com-
mand has been executed, the detector line is only controlled from one side. The terminal lists all
invisible devices from the corresponding direction. Once both commands have been used, the
service engineer can search within a small area, locate and remedy the open line.

available for Sinteso

devices (FDnet) .

Establish and remedy the fault display for an open line via AlgoWorks. (For application and
rectification –> See AlgoWorks Online Help)

This function is only available with interactive detector lines.
It is only useful on loop lines.
Stub line opera-
tion
forwards
Separates the loop line path which faces backwards.
Stub line opera-
tion
backwards
Separates the loop line path which faces forwards.
Switching back
to normal opera-
tion
This command ends stub line operation.
Stub line operation is also ended when the station is restarted.
Operating ac-
cess
If you still don't have operating access when starting operation work, the release procedure is
automatically called up.
