3-8 Electric Units and Accessories

1. COMPORNENT

LOCATION

1. ALTERNATOR
Alternator is located L.H. front side of engine, and

refer to CHAPTER 2-4 “Electric Units”.

2. HEAD LAMPS
Head lamp is located on the front grill, it has two

filaments (60W/55W) in one bulb.

3. HORN

Horn is located near head lamp in the grill.

4. FUEL LEVEL SENSOR

Fuel level sensor is located under the instrument panel
and in the fuel tank.

5. ENGINE STOP SOLENOID

Engine stop solenoid is located R.H. of engine.

6. ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SENSOR UNIT
Engine oil pressure sensor unit is located on the R.H.

of cylinder head.

7. ENGINE COOLANT THERMOMETER SENSOR
Water thermometer sensor is located on the L.H.

cylinder head.

8.INSTRUMENT PANEL

Instrument panel is located under the steering wheel. It
is consist cold start indicator light, engine oil pressure
warning light, battery charge warning light, proof meter,
tachometer, high beam indicator light, parking
indicator light, fuel gauge, turn indicator warning light,
temperature gauge, hazard indicator warning light,
hazard and flasher switch and cruise control switch
(HST only).

9. CRUISE LATCH MAGNET (HST model)

Cruise latch magnet is located on the clutch housing in
the R.H. dash board.

10. CRUISE LATCH RELAY (HST model)
Cruise latch relay is located R.H. on the steering

column in the dash board.

11. HST CRUISE CONTROL SWITCH
HST cruise control switch is located on the instrument

panel.

12. COMBINATION LAMP ASSEMBLY: FRONT
They are located on the front of the ROPS, and it

consist of 5W position lamp and 21W turn signal lamp.

13. COMBINATION LAMP ASSEMBLY: REAR

They are located on the rear of the ROPS, and it consist
of 5W tail lamp and 21W brake lamp in one bulb, and
21W turn signal lamp.

14. TRAILER COUPLER
Trailer coupler is located rear of the transmission

housing for trailer combination lighting.

15. PARKING BRAKE SWITCH

Parking brake switch is located under the hand brake.

16 and 17. FOOT BRAKE SWITCH
One foot brake switch is located under the right

platform and the other one is located under the left
platform. Brake lamps go on when the two switches are
actuated with brake relay. The HST cruise control is
canceled by both brake switches are ON position.

18. SAFETY SWITCHES (HST model)

A.  Range gear neutral switch
B.  Rear PTO neutral switch
C.  Mid PTO neutral switch

Safety switches are located between L.H. of the

transmission housing and L.H. fender.

These switches are neutral position, engine can be

started.

19. SAFETY SWITHCES (9 x 3 model)

A.  Main gear neutral switches
B.  Rear PTO neutral switch
C.  Mid PTO neutral switch (option)

Safety switches are located between L.H. of the

transmission housing and L.H. fender.

20. BRAKE SWITCH RELAY (HST model)
Brake switch relay is located rear R.H. of bottom of

steering column.

21. BRAKE SWITCH RELAY
Brake switch relay is located rear center of bottom of

steering column.

22. ENGINE START SWITCH

Engine start switch is located R.H. of dash board.

23. COMBINATION LIGHT SWITCH
Combination light switch is located L.H. top on the

dash board.

24. LIGHT SWITCH

The light switch is located L.H. the upside on the dash
board.
