5. Steering piping
Disassembling, inspection and assembling

Replace the oil hose (9 and 10 in the figure below)
if cracks, oil leakage, or other damages are noticed.
When replacing, wind new one with seal tape and
tighten with specified torque.
PT1/4 tightening torque
22.3 - 27 N

(2.25 – 2.75 kgf · m)
NOTE:
1. When winding seal tape on the pipe, be careful
not to allow the tap to flow into the hydraulic
piping.

Tighten the adaptor (5 and 6 in the figure below)
with specified torque.
PF3/8 tightening torque
58.8 – 78.4 N · m
(6 – 8 kgf · m)
➂ Tighten the oil pipe (2,3 and 4 in the figure below)
with the specified torque.
M14 tightening torque
29.4 – 39.2 N · m

➃ Tighten the adapter (11 in the figure below) with
seal tape and specified torque.
NOTE: Be careful to keep oil hoses and oil pipes
off other part. Fix clamps securely.
