Condition Possible cause Remedy
6. Abnormal sound (1) Seizure of oil pump.
(2) Insufficient intake of pump.
(3) Air trapped in the system.

Improper hydraulic oil.
(1) Replace oil pump.
(2) Wash the filter.
(3)-1 Inspect the O-ring at suction
pipe on mounting part of the
filter.
Replace it or other parts if found to
be defective.
(3)-2 Check O-rings in suction line
for looseness.
(3)-3 Check oil seal on the oil pump.
Replace it, if needed.
(3) Use proper hydraulic oil.

7. Lowering speed of the implement is
too fast, when the engine is stopped
with the implement retained at
raised position.
Possible cause and remedy are same as explained in “Condition – 2” above.
(Same complaint may be brought up also when the adjustment of lock nut of the
lowering valve is not proper during reassembly of the control valve.)
8. Implement lowers by itself while
tractor is traveling.
(1) Control lever is moving to lower
direction by itself to lowerange,
due to the vibration of machine.
(1)-1 Adjust the friction spring so that
the control lever will not move.
*Must be moved by 19.6 – 29.4
N (2 – 3 kgf) at lever grip part.

(1)-2 Set the lever stopper to the full
“RAISE” position, so that the
lever can not move to
“LOWER” range.
