Reassembly and adjustment
Reassemble the units in the reverse order to disassembly
taking sufficient care to oil leakage.
1. Installation of poppet (lowering valve)
(1) When either of the poppet, valve seat or valve body
is replaced:
➀
Set the dimension A in the right figure to about
15 mm and tighten with a lock nut, install the
control valve properly.
➁ Install the control valve to the tractor and install
the link system.
Start the engine and set the control lever to
rising direction.
➂ Stop the engine, set the control lever to lowering
direction and stop at any point.
The lift arm lowers and stop. (Valve neutral
position).
➃ At this condition (do not move the spool),
remove the cap.
➄
Measure the dimension B in the right figure,
adjust to 0.6 mm by the nut and tighten with the
lock nut.
(2) When above components are not replaced:
➀
Adjust the dimension A Figure, to the value
measured at the time of disassembly by the nut
and tighten with the lock nut.
➀ Bolt for cap 22.5 ± 2.5 N · m (2.25 ± 0.25 kgf · m)
