Document feed motor (DFM) OFF.
(The original is stopped with its leading edge
taken up by the resist rollers.)

edge of discharged original.

Transport motor (DTM) and delivery motor

Transport motor (DTM) forward rotation.

Document feed motor (DFM) reverse rotation.
(Resist rollers rotate.)
The original is sent to the transport section.
