(2) Maintenance parts and major parts replacement

a. Cassette paper feed

<1> Pickup roller

1) Remove the cassette.

2) Disengage the pawl, and remove the pickup roller.

Note: Do not remove the transfer belt unit.

<2> Paper feed roller, torque limiter

1) Remove the cassette.

2) Disengage the pawl, and remove the paper feed roller.

<3> Paper separation roller, torque limiter

1) Remove the cassette.

2) Disengage the pawl, and remove the paper separation roller.

<4> Cassette paper feed unit

1) Open the front cabinet, and remove the drum unit.

2) Remove the developing unit.
