Type (Continued)

Description

PreserveOnEvent

Logging is continuous, but auto-deletion will not delete ﬁles
ﬂagged as "to be preserved". The criterium to set the "to be pre-
served" ﬂag must be deﬁned with the

setPreserveOnEvent

command. Only ﬁles logged in one of the IGS naming modes
can be preserved.

When the disk is full and the receiver tries to delete old
ﬁles to free-up space (see the

setDiskFullAction

com-

mand), preserved ﬁles will be the last to be deleted (starting
from the session with lowest priority).
