Case
1)
Indoor units are stopped at the exact end of the Regular hours time zone (or immediately before the end of the zone). For this reason, several minutes are counted in the Out of hours total.

Indoor units are operated for the same length of time before and after the transition from Regular hours to Out of hours, but the totals for the two zones are not the same.
