3.2.5 Cabinet Door Buttons
The cabinet door buttons are below the HMI
Cabinet door has two buttons, from left to right arranged as follows:
● “MV break” button
It can turn off the VFD MV power and has self-locking function, rotating the button clock-wisely by 45 degree to
release the self-lock.
● “System reset” button
It’s used to reset the HMI and the system under the fault state, and clear the fault latch.
3.2.6 Precharge Box
When the cell capacity of VFD is too large (the rated current of cell is greater than 320A), the pre-charge box is
configured.
There are two working modes of precharge box, “precharge” and “cell detection”.
“Precharge”mode: The cell can be charged in three stages by switching the number of current limiting resistors
connected in the charging circuit. After 3.5 seconds of finishing the charge, deliver switch-on permit signal (lasts 4.5
seconds) , and the upper switch is allowed to be switched on.
3.2.4 HMI
HMI is installed in the cabinet door, realized by TPC1061Ti touch screen. It is a high performance, built-in type
touch screen, using the advanced Cortex-A8 CPU as core (Clock speed 600MHz). It is 10.2 inch high brightness
TFT LCD screen (resolution 1024×600), 4-wire resistive analog touch screen (resolution 4096×4096), preinstalled
built-in type configuration software (run version), and it has strong image display and data processing function,
shown in figure 3-21
