6kV Series
The power cells in 6kV cell cabinet can be divided into A phase, B phase and C phase three groups from up
to down. Each phase arranges the cells from right to left, for instance, the cells from right to left of A phase are
named A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6. The lower part of the cell outputs three-phase isolated power by connecting fast
fuse to transformer secondary side, the rated voltage is 600V, the upper part of the cell is single phase output.
The six cells in each phase are connected in series by copper bars, and short connected the first cell of each
phase to compose the three-phase Y connection. The sixth cell output of each phase is connected to VFD output
connector, that is the VFD three-phase output, and the rated voltage is 6kV.
The power cell is installed on the guide rail, fixed by two M8 screws. The back part of the cell cabinet is the air
channel, the cool air passes the filters of the front cabinet door and flows through the cell radiator, brings the heat
produced by the power cells to the air channel at the back. The centrifugal fan on the top of the cabinet brings the
hot air out of the cell cabinet.
Filters are installed on the cabinet door, which are used to stop the dust entering into the inside of the cell. Travel
switch is installed inside the cabinet to interlock the cabinet door and gives alarm when the door is open. The
control system is installed at the right side of the cabinet back, installed the controller and I/O interface board from
up to down. The power switch and user’s wiring terminal row is in the right door of the backside, the VFD output
connector is inside the left damper of the transformer back.

● 10kV Series
TThere are 9 power cells in each phase of 10kV. In order to minimize the cabinet width, the cells are arranged
into front and back two rows, see Figure 3-18. There are 4 cells in the front row of each phase, and arranged
from right to left, for instance, the cells from right to left of A phase are named A1, A2, A3, A4. The right side of the
front cabinet is the control cabinet, the controller, PLC, power switches and user’s secondary wiring terminals are
installed there. There are 5 cells in the back row, and arranged from right to left, for instance, the cells from right
to left of A phase are named A5, A6, A7, A8, A9. The ninth cells in each phase are connected in series by copper
bars, and short connected the first cell of each phase to compose the three-phase Y connection. The ninth cell
output of each phase is the VFD three-phase output, the rated voltage of each cell is 650V and the rated input/
output voltage of VFD is 10kV.
The power cell is installed on the guide rail, fixed by two M8 screws. The air channel is at the middle of the
cabinet, the cool air passes the filters of the front cabinet door and flows through the cell radiator, brings the heat
produced by the power cells to the air channel at the middle. The centrifugal fan on the top of the cabinet brings
the hot air out of the cell cabinet.
Filters are installed on the cabinet door, which are used to stop the dust entering into the inside of the cell. Travel
switch is installed inside the cabinet to interlock the cabinet door and gives alarm when the door is open.
