You can enter an address selecting a mobile phone number from
Contacts or a group of Contacts by tapping

To delete/edit/register to Contacts an entered recipient, tap the
recipient

Tap "Delete"/"Edit"/"Add to account".

Set whether to send attached files when
forwarding email.

To check received emails for all registered Email accounts by a list, tap
an Email account on the left upper of the Email list screen
→
Tap "All
inboxes".

To delete an email account, on the email account screen, "Delete
account"

Mark an Email account you want to delete
