2) Sweep type
There are two sweep modes; one is continuous (Cont) and the other is single (Sigl). The default mode is continuous
mode. If user wants to set the sweep mode to single mode, user can set the “Sweep” soft-key in Fig.3.18 to “Sigl”
state or press the “Single Sweep” sub-key to activate a single sweep at the same time the menu shown as Fig.3.31 will
appear.

Pressing “Single Sweep” sub-key again can activate another single sweep. If user wants to change the state to “Cont”,
he/she can select the “Sweep” soft-key and set the state of it to “Cont”.
3) Sweep mode
Pressing the “Sweep Mode” sub-key, we can select the sweep type during Fast, Performance and No FFT.
The sweep type is showed in the left parameter’s position.
A Paroxysmal signal can be captured accurately in the fast sweep type. If the frequency span is 100 MHz, the sweep
time is 2.9ms in the fast sweep type, as it will be 20 ms in the No FFT type. In fast sweep type, the maximum span is
