Remove the exhalation flow sensor. 

 

Turn the exhalation valve counterclockwise. 

 

Remove the exhalation valve, exhalation valve- flow sensor interface and the membrane.  

When reinstalling the exhalation valve, make sure that the membrane is placed in correct 

direction. After placing the membrane, check that round steel plate positioned at the back of 

the membrane is visible.
