Trigger Holdoff

Trigger Holdoff can stabilize waveform. Holdoff time is the oscilloscope’s waiting

period before starting a new trigger. During the Holdoff oscilloscope will not trigger

until Holdoff ends

To use trigger Holdoff:

1. Push TIME, display time base menu

2. Push 3

function key, select trigger Holdoff function

3. Adjust horizontal POSITION to change Holdoff time until waveform is stable

4. Push 4

function key can reset the Holdoff time to it’s 100ns minimum value
