7. DAILY ANALYSIS

Setting a carrier, specifying a recipe, and clicking on the

[Start Jobs]

button can perform daily analysis.

Sample setup, measurement, and printout of results can be performed on a continuous-operation basis.

CAUTION This equipment can measure wafers of different sizes. If the wafer size is specified

incorrectly and measurement is performed, problems such as damage wafers and
collision of transport mechanism will occur.

Be sure to confirm the wafer size prior to measurement.

(1) Confirm the wafer size

(2) Set the wafer cassette on the Load Port #1,2

(3) Set the Process Recipe

(4) Start measurement

(5) Print out results

(6) Remove the wafer cassette

7.1 Confirm the Wafer Size

Check the wafer size and the carrier by confirming the display.

NOTE :

If the wafer size is different from the display, contact the maintenance personnel or the
administrator account user, because

[Setup]

navigation button and

[Wafer Setup]

sub-navigation button must be used to change the setup of wafer size.
