Figure 134: Input Channel configuration

The De-Embedder extracts the Audio SubChannels of a Video-signal to route them separately through the
MediorNet network.
The Sample Rate Converter (SRC On) synchronizes asynchronous Audio signal to the MediorNet clock.

Test Patterns

of any kind of type can be enable on all channels of Video input and output Cards.

Test Patterns (Test tones) are also available for Audio output Cards.
The signal type on an input Channel is detected automatically in the system. Due to the limited data rate of
4.25Gbit/s of the fiber links it is necessary to define and reserve the required data rate.
