The oil removal mode (PCU idling and toner refresh) gets carried out when duplex printing
accumulation reaches 30 sheets (A). When the average BK image pixel coverage is larger
than 4.2%, 0.5% toner refresh (F) is carried out. When the average BK image pixel
coverage is 4.2% or less, the current toner refresh process is carried out.
If the accumulated duplex printing number is from 6 (B) to 29 at the toner refresh mode
timing after job end, then the oil removal mode is carried out.
The total period of the PCU idling is 60 seconds (D), and the machine can print 6 seconds
(E) after PCU idling starts. When single printing is done, the number of single printing
{absolute value of (C) times the single printing number} reduces the accumulated duplex
printing number. The accumulated duplex printing number is reset to 0 after the oil removal
mode.
