is the base address of the
CI RAM area in C language hexadecimal notation.
<number of blocks>
is the size of the CI RAM
area (in blocks of 4 kilobytes) in decimal.
CIBlocks?
Purpose:
Return a listing of used and unused CI memory
area blocks.
