System Time

The system time is displayed by On-board Remote Management and is
used internally for logging events and errors (see
Setting the Time
on
page 12).
The system time must be reset each time the autoloader powers up. The
time is reset automatically if a time server is configured (see
Using the
Remote Management Ethernet Port
on page 9). Otherwise, the time must
be set manually from the front panel or through On-board Remote
Management. The time zone setting is not lost when powered off.
To set the system time:

Using the first drop-down list next to
Time Zone
, select the number of
hours difference between your local time and Greenwich Mean Time
(GMT).

Below the
Time Zone
field, select the current
Month
drop-down list.
Note:
Whether connected to a time server or not, the autoloader
automatically corrects for daylight savings time if the time was
set using On-board Remote Management. If the time was set
from the front panel of the autoloader, you must correct for
daylight savings time manually.
Note:
For example, if you live in Colorado, the time difference is
–6 hours in the summer and –7 hours in the winter.
