Maintaining and

Troubleshooting Your Printer

This chapter provides instructions for maintaining your
ColorScript 310/330 printer so that it gives you years of trouble-
free service. Should problems arise, refer to the troubleshooting
procedures in this chapter to resolve the problems quickly and
efficiently.

Cleaning the Printer

Except for regular dusting of the printer, occasionally cleaning
the thermal print head is the only maintenance needed.

Dusting the Printer

Keep the printer free of dust by dusting the printer occasionally
with a clean, damp cloth.
