8.4 Replacing the light source
We recommend contacting Service if the lamp needs to be
replaced.
8.5 Bubbles in the sample water
The measured values can appear higher than expected if there are
bubbles in the sample water. These measured values are possibly
not stable either.
Remove the cuvette if air from the inlet pipe enters the flow unit, as
this is probably air entrained through a small water or air leak. This
leak needs to be rectified in the pipework.
The air is coming from the solution if you do not see air entering
the inlet pipe, but it appears on the inside of the glass cuvette. This
can usually be corrected by applying pressure to the rotating back
pressure clamp on the OUT side of the cuvette. This keeps the air
in the solution so that the air cannot be detected by the device.
8.6 Information on troubleshooting
The DULCO turb C also carries out thorough self-diagnosis. All
errors are displayed in the bottom row of the display.
