User qualification, commissioning: trained user

‘User qualification’ on page 7

The NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Unit) is a unit of measure used

for measuring turbidity in liquids. The measured value can alterna‐

tively be displayed in FNU (Formazine Nephelometric Unit), see

Fig. 26. The conversion is 1:1.
Measured values over 1000 NTU are outside of the measuring

range of this DULCO turb C.
Measured values above 11 NTU, 110 NTU, 1100 NTU cause the

display to flash and a message to be displayed indicating too high

a measured value depending on the measuring range selected.
An arrow is positioned next to

[AUTO] during normal operation of

the DULCO turb C. In this state, the bottom row indicates the unit

of measure and the top row shows the current measured value.
