Maintenance and Servicing

Parts"
• Turn motor off before any adjustment, maintenance or
repair work.
• Do not work under the machine without secure support.
To keep the machine in good condition even after longer op-
eration intervals, please observe the following instructions.
- Retighten all screws after the first hours of operation.
- Always maintain the specified tyre pressure (1.5 bar).
- Grease the lubricating parts according to instructions.
(see lubication chart)
- Before stabling the machine for winter, oil all articulations
well and grease the bearings.
- Cardan
shaft
Lubricate the grease nipple on the cardan shaft every
20 operating hours.
Transmission
The middle gearbox runs in oil which needs to be
replaced or topped up after every operating year.
- Pour 0.75 l of SAE 90 gear oil into the middle
gearbox(see supplementary sheet on fuel
regulations).
Cleaning of machine parts
Attention! Do not use a high pressure cleaner to clean
bearings and hydraulic parts.
- Danger of rusting!
- After cleaning, lubricate the machine according to the
lubrication chart and carry out a brief test run.
- Cleaning with too much pressure may damage the paint.
MAINTENANCE
Winter storage
- Thoroughly clean the machine beforehand.
- Put up weather protection.
- Change or top up gear oil
- Protect exposed parts from rust.
- Lubricate all lubrication points according to chart.

- Loosen cover bolts (10).

- Remove tine arm. Turn rotor unit so the old tine arm
can be removed between the in and out controls (see
below).
