Cardan shaft speed
The maximum cardan shaft speed is: 540 rpm
The recommended cardan shaft speed is approx. 450 rpm
Note:
Reduce the pto speed if the crop being
harvested is torn back from the swath
by the tines and returned to the already
raked area (careless work).
Swath curtain
In order to achieve better work quality, it is recommended
to use the swath curtain (70).

Fitting the swath curtain
1. In the direction of the headstock: Feed the swath curtain
with the open side into the connecting piece (1).

2. Underneath the rear support stand: Insert both upper pins
(2) through the swath curtain into the holes in the slide
and secure against loss using a linchpin in the 3rd pin (3).

Remove the swath curtain similarly as with assembly.
