4. If you do abort the run, the controller will stop the profile and begin to write the data to the USB
flash drive.

Note
Switching the system off during a write to the USB flash drive may result in a permanently corrupt
disk.
5. The data are stored to the USB flash drive as a pdf file with the prefix PIDA. See Writing the last
run to a USB flash drive .
6. Once the data has been written the system will move to the warm-up cycle.
3.4.5 Alarm signals
During the run, the controller checks the current temperature against the programmed demand.
Should the chamber deviate by more than 10 °C from the required profile, the
information LED will
flash and the internal sounder will produce a continuous alarm tone. In addition the alarm output
contacts will open. These may be used to trigger an external alarm.
Pressing any key will silence the alarm without affecting any other aspects of the run.
3.5 Profile warm-up cycle
At the end of a run due to the run being aborted or reaching its normal conclusion, the system will
check to see if the chamber is warm. If it is colder than 10 °C you will offered the chance to run a
warm-up cycle.

Use the cursor keys to select either Run warm-up profile or CANCEL .
When you select the warm-up profile, a new profile run will begin to take the chamber to 20 °C.
Once the temperature has been reached the system will return automatically to the main menu.
