44 Liquidus Tracker
3.2.3 Creating a profile
The Liquidus Tracker is capable of storing up to 10 profiles. However, these profiles must be created
in DeltaT and downloaded to the controller. This is to allow profiles to be designed within the
graphical environment provided by DeltaT. Refer to the DeltaT information for details on how to create
profiles. To store a profile within the controller, run the required profile from DeltaT and select
Make
Permanent from the sample dialogue when prompted. You will then be given the opportunity to
select a run slot from 1 to 10 in which to store the profile. The profile will then be stored into the
selected slot of the controller and the run will begin, allowing you to check the profile performance. If
you do not intend to run the profile at this time, you can immediately abort the run. The profile will
still be retained in the controller's internal memory. For more details on running profiles from DeltaT,

3.3 Loading samples
The sample carriers are designed specifically for the type of sample to be cryopreserved. Use of
