5 Drive unit replacement

Procedure

Replacement of MF drive unit

Remove the eight socket head bolts from the MF chamber.

Remove the eight socket head bolts from the MF drive unit.

Lift the heat sink and MF drive unit up and remove the cables
from the MF drive unit.

Replace the MF drive unit with a new one. Ensure the location
of terminals in MF drive unit.
