54 . OilExpress System User's Guide

Installing the OilExpress Software

The Liquid AutoSampler software CD contains an Installation Wizard to help you install

OilExpress on your PC.

NOTE: The Spectrum software must be installed

before

OilExpress. Consult the

documentation supplied with your spectrometer, on the

IR & Raman Manuals CD

(L1050002) for details.

Once the Spectrum software has been installed, details of how to administer it can be

found in the

Spectrum Administrator's Guide

(L1050095), which is also provided on

the Manuals CD.

To install OilExpress:

Place your Liquid AutoSampler software CD into your CD-ROM drive.

If the CD does not auto-run, select

Run

from the Start menu.

The Run dialog is displayed.

Enter

d:\Setup.exe

and click

Replace

d:\

with the drive letter for your CD-ROM drive.

After preparing to install, the InstallShield Wizard Welcome dialog is displayed.
