This Pattfield brand item was manufactured
using state-of-the-art production methods
and is subject to constant strict quality con-
trol. HORNBACH Baumarkt AG, Hornbach-
straße 11, DE-76879 Bornheim (hereinafter
referred to as the „Guarantor“) grants a war-
ranty for the Pattfield brand items purchased
from the Guarantor in accordance with the fol-
lowing provisions.
1. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 3 years. The warranty
period begins on the date of purchase. Please
keep the original receipt or invoice in a safe
place to prove the date of purchase.
2. Scope of the warranty
The warranty shall apply exclusively to manu-
facturing or material defects. This warranty
applies to the use of the item in the European
Union and Switzerland. The warranty does not
cover defects that are due to
• Transport damage
• Misuse or improper application
• Use of force or external influences
• Damage resulting from failure to observe
the assembly or operating instructions
• Connection to an incorrect mains voltage or
current type
• Improper installation
• The use of non-approved accessories.
Furthermore, the warranty does not cover
damage to wear parts that can be attributed to
normal wear and tear. Neither does the war-
ranty cover any incidental or consequential
damages or possible installation and removal
costs in the event of a warranty claim.
3. Benefits under the warranty
During the warranty period, the guarantor
will inspect the defective item to determine
whether a warranty claim exists. If there is
a valid warranty claim, the guarantor will re-
place the item. Should the item no longer be
available at the time of the warranty claim,
the guarantor shall be entitled to exchange
the item for a similar product. The replaced
item shall become the property of the guaran-
tor. The warranty service does not extend the
warranty period. The warranty service does
not generate a new warranty.
4. Making a claim under the warranty
Please contact your nearest HORNBACH home
and garden centre to make a claim under the
warranty. You will find it at www.hornbach.
de. Or contact the guarantor at the following

for the defective item to be sent in or collect-
ed: +49 (0)6348 60-6070 or kundenservice@
hornbach.com. Claims under the guarantee
can only be made on presentation of the origi-
nal receipt or the original invoice.
5. Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights under the warranty and
product liability are not limited by the war-
ranty.
