You can also start the camera registration from the Stratocast portal site. In this case, use the “Copy”
button to enter the MAC address of the camera into the portal site.

For information about Stratocast registration, click [Trouble Shooting or help?] on the camera screen to
refer to the Stratocast help site.
• If video delays or connection errors occur, check the connection using the following methods.
– Check if the network bandwidth is sufficient. A network bandwidth of 1 Gbps or more and a fixed line
connection is recommended.
– Make sure that the camera's LAN cable is not disconnected. Then turn off the camera, turn it on
again, wait for a while, and then connect the camera to the network.
