2-3-2 Installation method
• Install the head on a plate with a thickness of 10 mm to 20 mm which is made of aluminum or other material with
radiation performance equivalent to that of aluminum.
• For details of installation, refer to “1-4-1 Head” (P.25).
• Fix the head in the following conditions.

Fix the bottom of head with M6 screw more than 6 positions as shown below.

• Do not insert any screw of length exceeding the specification. Otherwise, the failure of
the product may be caused.
• A protection cap is installed on the laser emission port with shipment. Remove this
cap before operation. Do not screw the lens when removing the cap.
