2.06-2 UCD Group without OGM (05-32)
Description
UCD Groups (05-32) are provided to receive both
extension and outside calls.
If all group members are busy
A call is placed in the waiting queue and the
caller hears ringback tone.
A call in the queue will be redirected to another
destination (Overflow destination) if all group
members are still busy after a specified time
period (Overflow Timer – OT) has elapsed.
