As shown in Figure 5, the keypad has three keys that provide the following functions:
•
Escape: sets the display to off or goes back to the previous display
•
Scroll: scrolls down to the next item in the display
•
Select: selects the highlighted item to be the next display
To operate any of the keys, press the key once. If the display is off, press any key to activate the display.
The display automatically turns off after two minutes of inactivity; this is called the timeout period.
