4. Remove the installed MicroSD card.
Remove the card by pressing it all the way in, and then releasing. The card will pop out
slightly, and can be pulled out.
Replacing a MicroSD Card in an iCS-ECAT
Use the following procedure to replace a MicroSD card.
1. Insert the MicroSD Card until fully seated in its slot, then release.
Check to see that it remains seated.
2. Reinstall the iCS-ECAT back into the robot base, and tighten the captive screw.
Refer to Installing a New iCS-ECAT Chassis on page 124 for more information.
Change Front Panel High-Power ON Lamp
The system’s circuitry detects the potentially dangerous condition of a faulty high power indic-
ator lamp on the Front Panel. If this lamp is burned out, you cannot enable high power until
the lamp has been replaced.
Use the following procedure to replace the high power indicator lamp (part number 27400-
29006).

Only trained, authorized personnel should perform the procedures and replace
parts mentioned in this section. The access covers on the Front Panel are not
interlocked – turn off and disconnect power before removing the cover.
1. Remove all power from the robot.
2. Disconnect the cable between the Front Panel and the iCS-ECAT.
