Remote switch and foot switch (EXERA and VISERA)
This operation assigns the functions to the remote switches on the endoscope
and the foot switch.
Use the “EXERA” menu to assign the functions for the EVIS
series endoscopes and use the “VISERA” menu for the
VISERA series endoscopes and the camera heads.
Otherwise the functions are invalid.

Click “EXERA” or “VISERA” on the user preset menu. The setting items
appear on the right side of the window.

Click “ ” of “Scope switch” or “Foot switch” (see Figure 9.16). The
available functions appear in the pull-down menu.
3.
Click the desired function. The selected function is displayed.
4.
Follow steps 1. to 3. to assign the functions to all the scope and foot
switches in the same way.
• It is possible to assign the same function to all the remote
switches and foot switches.
• The positions and shapes of the scope switches are different
depending on the endoscope model as shown in Figure 9.17.
