Cover Removal / Installation

NOTE: Removing the covers is the first step for every service issue under them.
Once service is completed, all covers must be installed again for safe operation.

Tools Required

Phillips screwdriver
3/8" wrench

Scratch awl (use to align holes before screws)

1. Remove seat rail cap.

 

2. Remove seat rail bumpers.

 

3. Roll seat off of seat rail.

 

4. Remove 6 screws from top cover.

 

 

 

Keep upward pressure on front of seat to
prevent scratching end of seat rail.

Note: In center of top cover, 2 screws are
only used in forward 2 holes

.
