Firmware Updates and Model Upgrades

Firmware Updates

Firmware updates are firmware releases that include fixes and enhancements to the receiver functionality.
Firmware updates are released occasionally on the NovAtel web site as they become available. Firmware
upgrades can be performed using the WinLoad utility, SoftLoad commands or with a custom loader
application. Contact NovAtel Customer Support (

) for details on custom loader

requirements.

Model upgrades enable purchased receiver features.
