Change Hydraulic System Oil
The hydraulic oil reservoir serves as a sump for the hydraulic
circuit. When changing the hydraulic oil, the reservoir must
be drained and the internal strainer cleaned.
1. If the machine is in the raised position, Install transport
locks on left and right side of the lift axles to avoid cyl
-
inders settling during servicing.

WARNING
•
Hydraulic Drive Option:
Engage park brake, place
transmission in PARK, shut off engine, remove key,
and wait for all moving parts to stop before leaving
the tractor cab.
•
Electric Drive Option:
Turn machine OFF, shut down
and lock out power source, unplug power cord and
wait for all moving parts to stop before inspecting,
servicing or repairing machine.
• Keep body, hair, and clothing away from moving con
-
veyor belt and rollers.
• Do not operate with any guards removed or modified.
Keep guards in good working order. Failure to comply
could result in death or serious injury.
WARNING
HOT LIQUID HAZARD
The hydraulic system must cool before changing the oil.
Hot oil can cause burns if it contacts exposed skin.
Failure to comply could result in serious injury.
2. Allow the hydraulics to cool slightly before changing oil.
For best results, drain the oil while the reservoir is still
warm to the touch (not hot).
3. Place a large pan or pail under the reservoir. The reservoir
capacity is listed below.

4. Disconnect the
“Hose”

from the
“Adapter”

removing the
“Worm Clamp” C
. Allow to drain for ten
minutes.

5. Dispose of the used oil in an approved container and
manner.
6. Remove the
“Suction Hose Strainer”

from the res-
ervoir and clean.
