Belt Alignment at Transition Rollers:
IMPORTANT
Start the adjustment with the bearing centered in the slot.
If a conveyor belt is out of alignment, it will move to the
loose side. Tighten the loose side or loosen the tight side.
1. Loosen “Bearing Nuts”

at the transition rollers. Start
with the “Top Transition Roller” marked

first. It may
not be necessary to adjust “Transition Roller” 2, & 3
(See Fig. # 5-13)

2. Adjust the conveyor belt alignment by tightening or loos -
ening the “Adjustment Bolt”

pulley at a time. (See Fig. # 5-14)

3. Tighten “Bearing Nuts”

4. Start the conveyor and run the conveyor belt slowly for
one (1) minute.
5. If belt is centered continue to the next step, if not repeat
the alignment process.
6. Replace any covers or guards that may have been re -
moved.
