2. Please shutdown the entire HMS 400 system, including PMSI, before running the Restore

function. Refer to Page 103 of the “NN42350-301 HMS 400 Installation Guide – Stopping the
System”.

Note:

No calls will be picked up by the HMS 400 during this time.

3. First choose from media (either File or QIC) then click on the desired backup set from the list of

backup sets displayed

4. The data categories in the selected backup set will be shown. To deselect a category simply

uncheck the relevant box.

Note:

When QIC is selected, ALL data will be selected by default for backup. No selection is

allowed nor needed.
